英国哈里王子这几天又上了英媒的头条。

眼看哈里和梅根好事将近，5月19日就要大婚了，最近两人的婚事正式得到了英国女王的御批↓↓↓

英国《每日邮报》：

 “亨利王子将与瑞秋成婚：女王正式同意两人婚事，并用了两人的真名”

咦？难不成平时大家喊惯了的哈里王子和梅根是对假CP？怎么又要女王来批准一遍？先来看看这道“圣旨”是咋回事儿吧~

英国当地时间15日，英国女王伊丽莎白二世在白金汉宫会见王室咨询机构——枢密院成员，根据公布的会议纪录，女王已正式同意孙子哈里王子与美国女演员梅根•马克尔的婚约↓↓↓

It read: "I declare My Consent to a Contract of Matrimony between My Most Dearly Beloved Grandson Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales and Rachel Meghan Markle, which Consent I am causing to be signified under the Great Seal and to be entered in the Books of the Privy Council."

上面写了“我宣布同意我最爱的孙子威尔士王子亨利•查尔斯•阿尔伯特•大卫与瑞秋•梅根•马克尔的婚约，此同意将加盖王国玉玺，并载入枢密院记录。”

所以，大家看好啦~ 哈里王子其实应该叫亨利，平时我们说的哈里是人家的小名（nickname），而梅根的名字应该是瑞秋，梅根是她的中间名，走入影视圈后也成为了广为人知的艺名（stage name）。不过，巧的是准王妃此前在《金装律师》（Suits）中的名字也是瑞秋。  

女王这款同意书其实早在威廉和凯特大婚前也发过，根据英国王位继承法，王位前六位顺位继承人都必须在婚前得到女王的正式同意。要是哈里王子娶梅根没有得到女王的批准，那么他和自己的子嗣就不在王位继承之列了。

The Queen has given her formal consent to the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle - using their real names, Henry and Rachel. 

In a letter to the Privy Council, the monarch expressed her approval of the upcoming wedding between her "most dearly beloved grandson" and his fiancee, 36.

At a Privy Council meeting on Wednesday, the monarch made the declaration and will have signed a Great Seal of the Realm.

The first six people in the line of succession must have the Queen's consent before they can marry on May 19, as set out by the Succession to the Crown Act 2013. 

Should Prince Harry have married Meghan without the monarch's approval, he and his descendants would be banned from ever ascending to the throne.

不过，俩人的婚事刚刚得到女王的正式批准，就又因为一件事惊动了媒体……

啥事呢？哈里王子宣称：婚前协议他不签了。

这表示，哈里王子对自己拥有的预估3000万英镑（约2亿6千万人民币）的财产，毫不设防。

According to the Daily Mail, the 33-year-old prince — who has an estimated £30 million fortune — has declined to sign a prenuptial agreement ahead of the royal wedding in May.

"There was never any question in Harry's mind that he would sign a prenup," a source told the site. "He's determined that his marriage will be a lasting one, so there's no need for him to sign anything."

如此浪漫深情的操作，着实让吃瓜群众羡慕：看来是真爱了……

其实，哈里他哥威廉王子当年跟凯特王妃结婚，也没签婚前协议。

至少目前看来，哥哥一直是以身作则的宠妻模范，和老婆孩子成天同框秀恩爱，签不签协议貌似都没啥区别。

不过，哥俩的母亲戴安娜王妃，就吃过没签婚前协议的亏。

1996年，戴安娜与查尔斯王储离婚时，戴妃为了争取到1700万英镑的财产和每年40万英镑的抚养费，可是费尽了周折。

Harry would be following the example of his brother, Prince William, who rejected a prenup before tying the knot with Kate Middleton.

Their mother, who also didn't have such an agreement, had to fight hard to win a divorce settlement of £17 million from Prince Charles in 1996, as well as £400,000 per year.

英国Brides网倒是认为，哈里王子不签挺正常，因为英国本来就不像美国那么流行签婚前协议。

Brides.com also notes that prenuptial agreements are not as common in the U.K. as they are in the U.S., which is another reason Harry may reject the idea.

然而据《每日邮报》报道，也有传言说，英国王室希望哈里能签署协议，保护他的财产：梅根之前可是才结婚两年就离了婚的呢……家财万贯的哈里难道不应该防着点儿？

The disclosure follows persistent rumours that courtiers wanted Harry to safeguard his chunk of the Windsor millions. Meghan divorced her first husband, American film producer Trevor Engelson, after two years.

据《时代周刊》报道，哈里王子的预估财产包括他自己的工资，以及他从戴安娜王妃那里继承的遗产。哈里和威廉王子都在30岁时继承母亲遗产，大约每人1000万英镑。

The prince's estimated fortune is comprised of his own earnings, as well as his inheritance from his late mother, Princess Diana. Harry and William received half of her estate when they turned 30, which is roughly £10 million each, Time reports.

另外，哈里王子还继承了母亲的私人珠宝珍藏，根据遗嘱，戴安娜王妃希望这些留给自己未来的儿媳。的确，梅根的订婚戒指上就有两颗戴安娜王妃的钻石~

Additionally, the inheritance also included some jewelry from Diana's personal collection, which she wanted her sons to save for their future wives. This explains why Markle's engagement ring include two of Diana's diamonds.

梅根的预估财产跟哈里相比就相形见绌了，主要是她通过拍戏及投资积累的650万美元（约460万英镑）。

In comparison to Harry's fortune, Markle is worth an estimated US$6.5 million from her acting career and other ventures.

英国Slater Heelis法律事务所家庭律师 Kim Aucott认为，哈里和梅根俩人手头都很富裕，签订婚前协议仍然是保护他们财产，避免发生纠纷的好方法。

While both Harry and Markle are well-off on their own, family lawyer Kim Aucott, of U.K. law firm Slater Heelis, previously told Express U.K. that it's still a good idea for the couple to get a prenup in order to keep their financial matters private.

他还说“像哈里或梅根这样情况的人，我都会建议签婚前协议。这样一来他们就可以在不曝光的情况下处理财务问题，有了婚前协议会更加私密。”

"I would have said anyone in their position should be advised to have [a] prenup," Aucott told the site after the royal couple got engaged in November. "And the reason being is so they can resolve financial matters between themselves without it being in the spotlight. There is so much more privacy and confidentially with a prenup."

对此，肯辛顿宫的发言人拒绝对“私事”进行评论。

A Kensington Palace spokesman declined to comment on the “private matter”.

然而听说这事儿的英国吃瓜群众，几乎都开始替王子担忧了……

大多数人都认为，拒签婚前协议当然是错误的选择。

比如，《每日邮报》报道评论下点赞最高的一条就是：

“乐观却愚蠢。”

“傻孩子，这事儿行不通的。快签婚前协议吧！”

有的网友可以说是非常焦虑了：

还有人对梅根•马克尔的预估财产表示怀疑……

“她怎么可能拍戏挣了上百万？在她跟哈里王子约会前，根本没人听说过她好么。”

总之，无论如何……人家王子就不签，能怎样嘛？
